"The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle came right on time for 5am pick up and got us to the airport in a timely manner. The only down fall is there isn't a hot tub, only a pool. "

"The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. They will give you a refresh if you're there are for a couple days. My only complaint was this. During the refresh the cleaning lady seemed to be in a little bit of a rush and forgot to give me toilet paper. I assumed she would have checked but she did not. That was the only thing that was icky. I fortunately was able to run down to the front desk to get more toilet paper when needed. Overall a great location to...

"Amazing staff. Very responsive. Driver (Derek) beyond amazing. Hotel close to everything (airport, mall of America, restaurants and stores). Hotel offers shuttle to/from airport and to/from mall of America. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was awesome. Great selection. Nice proteins, gluten free, fruits among others. Our flight cancelled, so we didn’t think it twice and came back for one more night."

" Dry much showing its age. Items in room broken and taped together. Windows have not been cleaned in years. Surrounding area is not the best to be around at night if alone, which goes for most of Minneapolis. This comes from people I talked to who live there. It’s not Denver or San Diego bad but it’s getting there!"

"We were very happy with this hotel. For the price, it is very nice. Extremely clean and the staff was very accommodating. Even music piped outside!! There is a Salvation Army help center behind the hotel that you must drive through to get out of the complex, but we had no problems. All was calm!"
