"Room exceptionally clean & renovated. Breakfast was good. We were given a "handicapped" room & did not book it. The walk-in shower did not have a door or side to stop water from flowing throughout the bathroom, and also there was no drain in the bathroom floor for water. This resulted in a "flood" ..."
