"We absolutely loved our stay at Arluxia. The location was perfect, a two minute walk to Ponsonby Rd and all it has to offer, and we went down to the Viaduct for an evening, less than a 10 min drive. "Sofitel Aukland Viaduct is in a great location for experiencing the harbor life of Aukland. The staff is awesome, especially in the welcome lounge, which is quite a different experience than a typical standing desk. The room was cleaned regularly including more than expected and the supplies of coffee and tea was superb."

Most meal and bar outlets are not in main building but across a small adjoining lane way which wasn't explained and I didn't discover until breakfast. So dinner was somewhere else. Overall, good value and good facilities. I wasn't interested in the casino."
