"What a view is right! It was beautiful. We did bring a pop up canopy for shade.It was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed the fishing and kayaking and the eagles were incredible to watch. The Cleveland House down the street was a great spot to enjoy a beverage and listen to the music from the gazebo across the street. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Tracy is a great host and very accommodating. We are looking forward to a return visit soon "

"Beautiful space with gorgeous sunshine! Loved the modern rustic decor with excellent reading selections! Kitchen felt comfortable and classy without being pretentious. Bathrooms and toiletries were a welcome "luxury", meaning, not too expensive, but just right and well-curated. I really loved this space. We did have a pet and one must be mindful of the area around the home as there are some beggars and street folks on the same block. Noone was aggressive, but visitors need to have street...

"This is like staying at your best friend's house where they have tried to anticipate your every need. The creekside, wooded location can't be beat and is only 20 minutes from Colgate University. Wish it had another private bedroom but we were quite comfortable."
