"We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island.
The house was clean and well presented.
It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer.
The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind.
The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them.
The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs.
And having lorikeets visit...

"The location is perfect for beach access. Beautiful sunsets and lounging on the upper deck. The house is a bit quirky in that the lounge area is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. Yes you can cram 12 people into the property but it would be a disaster. The place is too small for 12 people. If 10 of them were children under 12 that would work. The decor is very dated and tired. The inside is very dark downstairs too because of all the timber and the only small TV is upstairs which has issues...

"We stayed in 1 bedroom cottage which was lovely and spacious. As we were there in October cottage was quite chilly at night there are heaters and lots of blankets/throws but just should consider adding robes and slippers."

"This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island."

"Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids."
