"Johanne was a great host and communicated very well. The three of us were very comfortable. The apartment is larger than it appeared in the photos and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed, shower and kitchen were all great. The area is full of good restaurants and convenient for grocery stores and access to metro and trains and walking distance to the harbour and many of the wonderful sights of Copenhagen. The three flights of stairs up to the apartment might be a bit steep if...

"Great property. The pool was a highlight. We also loved the rooftop bar and restaurant where we had a full breakfast. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. The only issue was the AC was not cooling but we were there on the hottest day of the year. The hotel staff provided us with a fan which was a big help."

"Property is advertised as being on the canal. It is not on the canal. Property is up on the 5th floor with no elevator. I advised the owner that I was injured but no assistance was offered to help with the bags up the stairways. It is quite a task, especially when injured. The place was not in great shape with loose cords all over the place. There were clothes in the wardrobe. There was partially eaten food in the fridge and the fridge needed a clean.
