"Loved the location and the staff couldn’t have anymore friendly. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere...

"The hotel is lovely. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and helpful. They are lovely.The food was excellent in the Restaurant.The area is very quiet. There are currently building works going on, but its not very loud at all. The spa area is very clean and a very nice area to relax in. I would highly recommend staying here. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you for a very pleasant stay, we will be back soon."
