"The apartment was exactly as described in a peaceful, residential area, so you really felt you were experiencing the real Venice. Staying for 12 nights allowed us to explore and walk to all other areas of Venice. Our own little piece of Venetian paradise, and we would love to return as soon as possible. There is no air conditioning, which we chose not to have, so we could acclimatise, but staying in June was not as hot as it would be in August. Check-in was perfect, as was communication and...

"Simonetta met us at the studio and it was very comforting to have her living next door, explain transportation from the airport, to and from Venice, and the train station. She was a great resource to us as we acclimated to the area. The studio was clean, had everything we needed and a safe location. It is a 20-30 minute ride into Venice but we didn’t mind. We rode both the bus and tram. The bus was faster but more crowded. I would stay again and highly recommend!"

The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. I would not stay here with young children because of the auntiques (you can see them in the pictures - very beautiful) but it was spacious and beautiful and pretty easy to get to Venice using the buses. We had an issue with the fuse and I called him after 10:30PM and he answered right away so I was very grateful. He was also able to work with us to get in a little early which was so nice. The apartment itself was beautiful-...

"Location is perfect! Literally a few minutes from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The stairs up to the loft were a bit tough with heavy baggage. In the heat of July, the space was very hot when the air conditioning wasn’t on. We closed the doors to the bathroom and kitchen while we ran it so the living room and bedroom cooled off well for sleeping. We did not make use of the terrace."
