"We needed the hotel for a short stay, and it was very efficient and convenient for our needs. Our cabin was spacious, with both a double and a single bed, which worked well for us.
The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The shuttle service offered by the hotel was particularly convenient and fantastic to have, making getting around much easier
Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but there are a couple of things to be aware of. The cabins are not soundproof,...

"We loved our stay! The location was very convenient and parking worked well. It was easy to catch the bus to Venice and to shop at the grocery market around the corner.
One thing to note is that the extra bed is more suitable for a small child than for an adult. It's short and the metal frame from unfolding is right down the middle without enough padding to make it comfortable for an adolescent or adult.
A few amenities (shampoo, body wash, dish detergent, dish towel, bath mat) would have...

"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"Alessandra collected us from the airport, which made getting to the apartment easy. Although out from Venice island the number 7 bus takes you straight there and is just at the end of the road. Lovely modern spacious clean apartment with small balcony. Comfy beds and much needed air con! Small extras like bathrobes were lovely touch. Alessandra explained everything when dropping us off and was a lovely host, thank you "

"The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe.
The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. They do have a standard message that explains their late checkout is a hallway cupboard you can...

"Really loved staying here! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean and modern, with kitchen and washing machine. We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. Highly recommend for quiet vacationers."
