"The house was plenty large enough for our family group and had great communal space for gathering, meals, games. The setting was lovely- water views, playground for kids and pool. The outside spaces needed clean up- we had to clean all outside furniture before using and some of the cushions were not usable. Though we did not opt to have the pool heated we were not expecting it to be dirty and unusable at all. Perhaps the seasonal clean up has not been done? I would also suggest toilets be...

"Perfect for two but will accommodate four. Super nice little cottage equipped with everything you need right down to the salt and pepper. Communication with the host was timely and pleasant and the property was even nicer than the pictures indicate! Full kitchen,two A/C units and an awesome view of the lake. "We had a nice time staying on Lake Mineola. We went to fish, and it was a great place to stay and hang out right on the water. The small house is just the right size for a few people. The main house has 2 bedrooms and1 full bath. The other two bunkbeds and the full bath are in the backyard separate from the main house in a tiny guesthouse, but very close and convenient to the backdoor and nice porch! "Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. "

"The only issue with the stay was, it’s not a private dock when you have somebody else’s boat sitting in the dock! Had really bad storms and couldn’t utilize the dock due to somebody’s boat being stored in the slip. Overall, it was a great day!"

"Loved this little cabin in the woods. So private. Beautiful lichen growing everywhere. All amenities were spot on. Spent quite a bit of time in the hot tub. Especially early morning. Felt like sleeping in the trees. So close to Trade Days. We will be staying again! "
