"The hotel is having construction works which is difficult to appreciate as a Customer. You are not fully aware until you finalise Booking. And it is underrates « we are working on an elevator » while basically all the corridors etc are being renewed. Rooms on the 4th Floor have low ceiling… "

"Very clean and quaint small historic hotel. Location is perfect and very easy access, we could put our luggage there after check out. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Just be ware that stairs to rooms are steep and sound carries from the rooms when walking and closing doors - there are earplugs in room for use. I would definitely stay here again - so cozy and nice."

No me gustó la habitación , no funciona el aire acondicionado, no tiene clóset, no tiene cancel en el baño (se sale el agua de la ducha); pensé que por ser Radisson sería más amable la habitación y el personal. El desayuno malo, súper saturado el restaurante y el personal no hacía nada por asignarte mesa y para limpiarte una mesa simplemente no tenían la atención , se ve que les falta el manager , cero supervisión en el restaurante al momento del desayuno. No volveré"

A reason I will not recommend or return was due to a luggage issue in which the not so nice lady at the front desk said I could not store it even though I paid for the room. All other hotels near this one allowed it for each day before the check-in time. I will choose those next year when I return & not recommend this hotel to my friends.
