"Stayed for two nights. Room was not cleaned after first night. Towels not replaced, coffee not replaced. Had to call three times to request fresh towels and coffee. Was told they have 400 rooms and only one person in housekeeping. All three calls we were told someone is coming right up. Eventually someone came. It wasn’t til morning that we discovered they only gave us towels and no coffee. Had to call again at 5 am due to early departure to request coffee & cups and asked for 4 pods, they came...

"This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was...

"We only spent one night at this hotel but wished that we could have stayed longer! The suite was huge and had every amenity we needed. It was literally across the street from the King of Prussia Mall and the restaurant beside was a fantastic fondue spot! Parking was easy (and free) and we would stay here again without hesitation."

"It said online that there was a pool, but we were told it’s been out of service since November (it’s July). The gym had cardio machines, a peloton whose seat you couldn’t adjust, yoga mats, pulley machine, dumbbells, and only one bench (someone else was using while I was there), but plenty of EMPTY space :/ . The washer dryer was being used all day long by themany sports teams there for tournaments (I would highly recommend getting more machines and using a tap to pay for loads with apple pay),...

"Room was clean, breakfast was a plus, however a lot of families checking in and the pool isn’t that big nor is anyone cleaning it. Nice place for a quick get away but consider the date if you’d like to swim in the pool, I went on 4th of July. It was pretty full, too many kids at once."

"Kemonnie was the lady who checked us in. She was super helpful and kind. Good thing to know is that you have to pay for parking. I was surprised to see the bathroom, it had a sliding door opposed to one that locks and I found hair in the towels. the breakfast was fine, your choice of waffles, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and pastries. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator that which was great."
