"No hot water. The hotel seemed understaffed. They were not available."

"The room was cool. The only issue I have is that the shower head was pretty rusty and had limescale on it. The breakfast was nice. Pretty standard. I do wish they had non pork options for the meats. But it was cool. I appreciated the microwave. Parking filled up fast but I was able to find a spot. This is a convenient spot to stay in near the mall. "

"We stayed here as a little weekend getaway & really enjoyed ourself. The room was well kept and up to date, the bed was comfortable and we were happy with the space we got. We were greeted by the staff and they were wonderful in every way. Honestly, the staff here were very conversational and seeingly cheerful. The desk staff was great and the chef was awesome. Love it. Even the breakfast was amazing and diverse! Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. The ONLY complaint I have is that the walls...

"This is was complete disappointment. I ended up eating the costs of just checking out early. The bar basically had nothing stocked. The restaurant menu was subpar. The bartender was unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive. I have stayed at motels with better people and amenities than this. "

"I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition nearby. The shower wall had MANY little black curly hairs stuck to it. The shower drain area had long black hair. It was really disgusting. We just felt very dirty. "

"They gave a breakfast voucher. I was supposed to get a room with a pullout couch, but they didn’t have that so they brought a roll out bed. The toilet at first was broken in my room, but the staff immediately came to fix it. I didn’t like that there was barely light in the room. My son really enjoyed the pool. Overall I would say the stay was a 3.8/5."

"The breakfast menu, or even option was NOT mentioned to me. As I waited in line I heard the front desk staff give the welcoming speal to the 3 guest in front of me checking in. But then when I checked in NOTHING! "

"The staff was exceptional but the food at the restaurant, specifically breakfast, was not great and overpriced. The water pressure in the bathroom of my room wasn't great. I had the flush the toilet multiple times and it took a long time for the water in the shower to get warm."
