Novotel Perth Langley
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Based on the room description, it was supposed to include cookware, an oven, and other kitchen facilities, but these were not provided. I raised this with the hotel staff, but they were not very friendly and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. ...

The staff was wonderful! She called me before I arrived to ensure I had the correct address, and everything was neat and tidy. She was very friendly and even checked which terminal I should use for my next flight. Highly recommend

Swan Valley Serviced Apartments
The apartment looked like poorly furnished university student's accommodation with sparse, mismatched, old and damaged furniture and no soft furnishings or decorative items. There was the bare minimum of consumable ammenities provided. The walls were dirty and damaged and there was obviously furniture ...
