    Nuestros edificio data de 1907 y ha sido completamente reformado para ofrecer todo lo necesario para el fin de semana perfecto; fuego, cubierta, barbacoa, un spa y vistas a los viñedos de iniciar la sesión.

    Los dos grandes dormitorios hacen esta casa ideal para dos parejas o una familia con niños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con sábanas de hilo de lujo 1000, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, todas con ropa de Sheridan.


    El salón tiene dos cómodos sofás de cuero, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y estéreo, así como una chimenea de leña. Esta sala lleva a la zona de cocina / comedor, con una antigua mesa de comedor y cocina totalmente equipada, incluyendo horno de ventilación forzada, estufa de gas, nevera de tamaño completo y microondas.

    El gran cuarto de baño, clásico tiene una gran bañera de hidromasaje de esquina y cabina de ducha, el baño está en una habitación separada.

    Fuera de la cubierta con vistas a la viña, hay una barbacoa de gas, así como un salón al aire libre para que pueda pasar el día descansando en, un excelente lugar para disfrutar de la puesta de sol.

    Disfrutar del lujo en el spa del cottage o relajarse con una copa de vino Upper Reach en la cubierta, con vistas a los viñedos.

    Hay un amplio aparcamiento gratuito para 3 coches detrás de la casa de campo.

    Sumergirse en el valle de Swan, que está justo en el corazón del valle con todas las fábricas de cerveza, fábricas de chocolate, miel granjas, parques naturales y de las bodegas del curso.

    Te mereces un descanso para recargar y revitalizar a ti mismo!

    Tener un almuerzo largo, perezoso y luego pasear hasta la casa de campo de deleitarse con la vista de la viña de la cubierta, copa de gaseosas en la mano.
    Por las noches, en, recuéstese en frente del fuego con un amigo y una botella de Shiraz.


    Podemos organizar el alquiler de bicicletas para explorar el valle de Swan y / o libro que en un tratamiento de spa decadente localmente.

The views were beautiful, the house was very cute and had everything we needed. The only thing I would note is the cleanliness could be improved. Great communication and overall a wonderful experience.

Easter Getaway

Beautiful little cottage with all the amenities you need, for a short getaway. The spa was a real treat. If you’re lucky you may get a visit from the resident dog Indie 🐶 We will definitely got back! 😊

Great hosts and very comfortable cottage

We were well supported by our hosts especially when the power went off due to a storm for a few hours. The cottage was comfortable and clean - a few minor maintenance matters require attention noting the age of the cottage. This did not impact our enjoyment of the cottage. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Location is amazing, the property is so nice but could use a serious clean

Cottage was gorgeous location breathtaking but sadly filthy. No log in the fire for the ‘cozy evening in’ as expected. Had to give the spa bath a good clean before hopping in. Shower had mould in grout and hair stuck to the wall. Old food on the floor, makeup on the bed sheets. A little disappointing as if cleaned up our stay would have been 10/10

We spent two nights in this lovely cottage in the heart of wine growing area in the Swan Valley and enjoyed it thoroughly. It has everything you need for a quiet get away!

Wine and food lovers' delight

So private and a genuine gem after our 12 day journey from Broome. Being adopted by the owner's retriever made it more special, as did the wood fire on a chilly night and huge kitchen! We wil be back next time we are in WA.

The Ultimate Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed the ultimate weekend getaway at the Upper Reach Spa Cottage. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. So easy to book through Stayz. The Cottage is a delight. Very spacious as well as clean, homely and cosy. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed. The bathroom is very big. Throughly enjoyed soaking in the spa bath after a 2 hour bike ride. Plenty of hot water too. The queen size bed with luxury bedding was so comfortable. Enjoyed a very relaxing movie night, sprawled out on a comfortable couch each, in front of the cosy log fire. Would Highly recommend. Had breakfast at the Broad restaurant on Sunday morning before we booked out, and we're so glad we did. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best breakfast we've ever had. (We eat out alot). The food was sensational! I had the pork dish and my husband had the Broad breakfast. The coffee is also one of the best we've had too. We're taking the whole family back there for Sunday breakfast next week. Our new favourite spot. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the ultimate weekend getaway.

Great Getaway

We booked two nights at the cottage to enjoy a getaway in the Swan Valley. We felt really relaxed surrounded by the vines of Upper Reach Winery and the cottage contained everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and had high quality linen. The owners of the property were welcoming in their email correspondence. Although unseasonably cold it was lovely sitting out on the deck enjoying the sunset. The cottage is a great option for locals and tourists alike as it makes a perfect base for exploring the food and wine delights of the region.

Wonderful stay, beautiful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot to explore the Swan Valley but also a peaceful spot out of the rush and noise. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the vineyard, free wine tasting, meeting lovely Laura, relaxing in the spa and in front of the fire. Well equipped self contained house with lots of room and even has pantry items you can use. We were able to get a second bed in the second bedroom so the kids didn't have to share a bed. Highly recommended for families or couples.
