"I stay here at least once a year and I enjoy the hot pools which are clean and well-maintained. The room is always clean and working properly too with plenty of space. It’s not a fancy place but it’s friendly, reliable, and affordable. The restaurant food wasn’t as well-prepared this time as from previous visits, but I like the selection and the prices."

"Steve was awesome! He made my comfort and safety a priority when checking me in late at night by not discussing personal information or room location in the presence of the intoxicated creepy guy in the lobby. I would have loved some fresh coffee and snacks. The office is locked when no one is at the desk, so coffee may not be available if you want it in the early hours. The snack machine has food and laundry detergent. My chip bag smelled wonderful, and grateful they did not taste like Tide 😂"

"Hipsters, this place is your jam! I’m not sure if all the rooms are a little themed, but ours had a lot of zebra and animal themed in it - it’s kind of dated, but in a very cute way. We love staying at more “authentic” spots. And it’s easy to imagine the history that went into this place when it was originally built and designed. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Clean towels, jet bath tub! It’s in a perfect spot in the middle of town where you can walk to a bunch of restaurants and stores."

"Quiet Excellence! We came for a weekend in Palm Springs and found the chateau when booking accommodations. The rooms are a decent size, very clean and beautiful! The chateau is on a lake front which is beautiful, only drawback is the lakefront walkway on the patio is accessible to everyone so it is not private. Amenities are nice, pool being 24 hours was great. The staff was very kind and helpful but since it is a chateau, there are physical keys to be used for the doors which can be a bit...
