"The home is in great proximity to UGA. The home is large with spacious bedrooms. It's also nice that each bedroom has its own bath. When you have a lot of people, there isn't a concern over lines at the bathroom. There's also a large parking pad. We were able to fit 4 medium to large sized SUVs with some room to spare. The owner was easily accessible and very pleasant. We will definitely visit again! "

"One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!"

The home was clean and had everything we needed. My oldest daughter enjoyed the record player. Said it reminded her if her youth. Iver all Great stay. "The house and property are super cute and clean! It was perfect was what we needed. The driveway is a little tricky with multiple cars but the property does say to drive on the pine straw and that was very helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Athens!! "Wow doesn’t even cover it. The owner greeted us when we arrived. She was absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is stunningly beautiful. We will only stay there when we visit Athens to watch our beloved Georgia Dawgs!!! Close to everything and you totally get the college town vibes. The Athenian is worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back!!! Go dawgs! "

"If you are planning to stay during a game day weekend, keep in mind that this property backs up to a large fraternity house and is next door to a busy tailgate lot (and the noise could be an issue). If that bothers you, this may not be the property for you. It did not bother me. Everything else about our stay was A+++."

"First of all, the building is just beautiful! There is a comfortable lounge with drinks and snacks, and another room with a large table, snacks and drinks. The room is just beautifully decorated, comfortable and so well appointed with a refrigerator, bathrobes and slippers, huge shower, sound machine and coffee pot. The entrance is coded and easy to access yet safe. On top of that, it is close to everything in Athens!"
