"This place was the perfect cozy retreat with clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved seeing the deer family that seemed to love the yard next-door. Perfect pricing for the location too! Only recommendations would be to add a little more privacy curtains to the front door but other than that perfect (kids are definitely audible but I think it was sweet) thanks! "

"What a lovely stay we had! The property is truely beautiful, and we found its location incredibly convenient - just a short 10 min ride to exit with outlet mall, Walmart, and restaurants. A special thank you to Kelly and her family. Very friendly when we saw them out in the yard. Kelly is so knowledgeable and thoughtful to share insight into her passion for creating a pesticide-free, pollinator-friendly environment. "Well furnished, clean, quiet (except for the cicadas, which I don't mind). Easy to get to, the hosts were great communicators. Don't forget to grab some carrots for the horses!"

The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. "We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Excellent location, clean and inviting. I would definitely stay there again. My only gripe would be that the owners were staying in the pool house( yes it was disclosed down in the details, my mistake). No issue with them as they are wonderful people and their pups very friendly! "

"Such a relief from the tired hotel rooms in Athens. This was an easy drive into town for our visit. We loved the adorable modern farmhouse look. Location and parking were well marked, and the path was nicely lit. Owner has thoughtfully appointed the house with basic needs and extras. Thank you! "

"We were in the Athens to have the memorial service for my husband. Our family was able to comfortably stay at the Wexford place and have ample space and showers!! The location is ideal - close to just about anything you need in the Athens area. Such a grand, comfortable place. Teenagers loved playing football in the backyard and even took advantage of the warm temps to enjoy swimming in the pool."
