"Residences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories."

"Very peaceful and tranquil property. Minutes from whiteface mountain and you get to take in all the snowy views. We were lucky enough to have a snowstorm the night we stayed and it was a winter wonderland. The amenities were great and Steve was very responsive. "

"A wonderful stay on the lake. The property is lovely and the host is very friendly and accommodating. We had a great vacation with so much to do nearby while also enjoying lazy mornings and lake days. This is a must stay location!! "

"The location was great. It is central to a lot of fun family-friendly locations: Whiteface Mtn and all the Olympic attractions. The house is small, but cozy. The air conditioning struggled a little to reach the downstairs bedroom. All of the other amenities were fantastic. "

"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."

"The Wolf dome was perfect for a glamping vacation. It was so nice having drinking water and a washing machine/dryer. Grounds were very interesting to hike through. The view from the dock is stunning and the scenery for campfires/hottub is just what we were hoping for. Steve is very friendly and knowledgeable of the local wildlife. "

"We had a great stay in Rick and Sue’s beautiful cabin in the woods. It’s very quiet and the river is only a 5min walk away . "

"This was a wonderful site that I would love to visit again. The river flowing by was so beautiful. I would like to stay again when we don’t have so much rain. The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river."

"We enjoyed our stay: heard many birds, saw some beautiful sunsets. Exploring Middlebury and the maritime museum were highlights. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. This is a great getaway for a young couple."

"The communication with the owners, the property, the surroundings..... Everything was way better than I anticipated. Kayaks available for use & dock space. The home was beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. Looking forward to rebooking for next year. "
