"Todo perfecto. Suficiente espacio, el desayuno muy bueno, la calidad muy por encima al precio en mi opinión, vista espectacular y la atención muy personalizada. Recepción nos ayudó con muchos temas. Gracias!!"

"It was a good stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to needs. Will recommend it, and the place is also quite close to meeting points for early morning tours. Very convenient location. Nice breakfast too, clean room, and the big Mercado is just 1-2 min walk!"

"Very nice from beginning to end. Clean property, amazing service, always on time and accurate with our needs. Will visit again"

"Great staff, great service. The addition of Kiki the alpaca is amazing. Breakfast and experiences they offer are incredible. The only downside is that there is a lot of noise, so you can get woken up by staff members cleaning the rooms and talking on walkie-talkies"

"This is an ideal place for a family. The house is very well designed, and Mary was a wonderful host. We stayed for only one night, as we had an early morning train to catch. Mary was very accommodating and was up at 6 a.m. to serve us breakfast. The only concern we had was that this is a four-level house, and there are no elevators. If you are booked on the top floor, you will need to haul your luggage all the way up, which was not an easy task for us. It might be helpful for Mary to consider...

"The room was spacious and clean. A little further up the strip but walkable. Altitude was a bit hard to handle. And the awesome tea was not good for me. Kept me up for the night. lol."

"It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly."

"The hotel staff are its biggest strength — they are friendly, helpful and quick to resolve issues, and deserve recognition from management. But I was very disappointed with the room. The listing photos are misleading. The room condition is subpar and extremely noisy; sounds from hallways and neighbouring rooms travel easily. I could not sleep without earplugs. I wonder why the rating is so high. Aside from the great staff, I have reservations about the rest of the property."

"Great place in a very cool older building. We had a balcony. Plenty of hot water and water pressure, comfy beds."

"This hotel is a beautiful establishment. Very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast!"

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "The Rumi Wasi was a fantastic place to call home while we were in Cusco. The property is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The staff was available anytime we needed via WhatsApp and the breakfast was a nice treat every morning. We were welcomed with tea as we acclimated and we were able to leave our luggage while we were away in Machu Picchu for 2 days, then returned for 2 more nights at the Rumi Wasi. The proximity...
