No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. "It's close to the river. We've been camping at Camp 3 for over 20 years. This time, we wanted to sleep comfortably and be close to the river to enjoy it more. The second night, they helped us light the BBQ and make a campfire. The gentleman was very kind."

"What a perfect place to stay. Location, location, location! This place was perfect! Management was above the top helpful and kind. It is within walking distance to everything! You had all the shops and restaurants at the Heavenly Village and then the private beach the other way. The hotel provides a pass to the private beach so instead of 30 it was only 5 per person for the whole day. The beach is beautiful and well worth it! And then Harrahs and Ceasars literally across the street if you like...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Rock Cabin! Falling asleep to the sound of water and crickets was really wonderful. The restaurant was amazing! We especially loved having pie each morning with our coffee. Speaking of coffee, we loved walking into the cabin and seeing complementary local coffee, waiting for us. I also want to leave a little note that the road up to the cabin was pretty intense and a little scary at parts…But if you take your time, it’ll be worth the drive! "

"Our family of 16 really enjoyed the location of this house. Close enough to many activities as well as a nice hike right out the door. The views of the lake were amazing, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. Deck was perfect to host dinners each night. The room accommodations fit our family perfect. Our kids and grandkids loved each of the activities we had made available, such as tram to High Camp of Olympic Village, boat to Emerald Bay, rafting, zip-lining, and Donner Lake for...

"Spectacular home and location! We all had a great time. The home is perfect for a large family gathering with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and room to spread out. The kids used the theater room and loved the bunk room."
