"Had great front desk and bell and valet staff. Took housekeeping a couple of hours to deliver the sheets for the pullout bed for out child (well past her bedtime). We liked that there was 2 bathrooms but didn't like that there was a coat of pink slime on the floor of one of the showers. Opted for a late checkout and was locked out of room when we returned from the event we were attending. Probably would rather try out a different hotel next time in town. "

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes.

"The room was very dirty and outdated; the air conditioning wasn't working—making the atmosphere stifling—and the carpet was filthy and worn out. Overall, the entire hotel smelled terrible. The receptionist was polite but failed to resolve the issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. My reservation was for two days and three nights, but I simply couldn't stay there under those conditions. I asked to speak with the manager to cancel my reservation and request a refund, but—surprise!—the manager...

The hotel was cleanish, I don't think it was so much the staff as it was the other guests. We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. "Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! "
