"hard to find from train station. once we walked to property, the entrance was poorly marked. hotel food was good, no viable restaurants within walking distance except fast food. prepare for walking in hotel, long hallways and easy to get mixed up. no in room amenities- no coffe, no electric pot, . bathroom big, but door did not latch. quiet property overall. "

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "

"An amazing hotel right on the lake , we had the lake vside room and it didnt disappoint. the hotel was fantastic, we had a free parking spot, close to the ferry depot where lots of ferries stopped. "Misleading information on Expedia website regarding the pool. The pool is in a spa that the hotel claims is separate and needs to be paid for and there is only a few hours in the afternoon that the pool can be used free of charge. The Expedia page suggest that there is normal pool acces, but there isn't and hotel staff don't care at all about rectifying this."
