"The house and property are older. Light switches are in odd locations, but once you find them, you're good to go.There are sticky notes with reminders all over the house.The kitchen has been recently renovated and is beautiful. One of the bedroom doors has been cut-out at the top and bottom. There is no door on the master bathroom and the toilet is in direct view of the bed.The towels were in the hall closet. They were not matching sets. Closets had curtains over them with personal...

"The house was clean, it was cozy, and the front garden was beautiful, the beds were a little on the softer side but otherwise comfortable, we only went tot he back to throw away garbage we didn’t really go into the backyard for anything else. It was close to were we needed to go, the shower water pressure was nice and strong, the washer and drier were nice and easy to use. Overall we loved it thank you for your hospitality "

The only thing that is a little confusing is that the property is listed as being in Burbank and it’s really in VanNuys. The street is very nice though. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We rented the property to host our daughters’ birthday party. The house and pool were both spectacular. Everything was in pristine condition with every amenity you could want. The property manager was great and responsive, gave us a very efficient yet thorough tour on check-in. Absolutely wonderful experience on all levels - an 11 out of 10. "

"We spent approximately 3-4 hours trying to check in and when that failed waiting on hold for various VRBO representative to help sort out the details. I had only 48 hours in town. I was visiting my kids for my birthday. First time in years we would have spent it all together but those plans were cancelled due to missed reservations. I am disappointed by the Host and disappointed by the way it was handled initially. After a few hours on hold it got sorted out. Even then we had to pack up...

"I am a victim of the Eaton fire and this place was such a needed relief! The place was neat and tidy and everything is new! Was easy to reach Lily with any concerns, and the neighborhood was wonderful to walk in for myself and my dog. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quite place and I would definitely stay here again "
