"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. "What an excellent place to stay for the 3 of us. We were able to clean and grill our catch right outside all in one spot which made it super easy and fun. Having the dock to be able to tie the boat up and fish from was great! Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. Any questions we had were answered right away by our hosts. "Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!"

"Worked perfectly with what we needed. Stayed with 3 kids and 4 adults and still have room to spare. Loved the quiet area with a short walk to the lake, cafe and restaurants. Host responded promptly and worked with our schedule. Thank you! "

"This was a slice of heaven. Definitely plan on coming back to this location. Josie, Kirk &Jeter made this stay so fun. Josie shared her sausage bread with us absolutely awesome. Our last morning she made us grass-fed grass finished beef bacon with fresh eggs another totally awesome meal. We will stay there again in a heartbeat! "

"My fiance and I attended a wedding in Cleveland over memorial weekend. Thankfully we found this quaint cabin right on the lake! Beautiful cabin, cleaned very well, and everything was as it was described. We will definitely be booking again! "
