"Great location in Owensboro. We came for a softball tournament and it was convenient to everything. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. I only mention this in case renters have mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again."

"We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. "Stayed here for a long weekend with my father as we were in town for a family reunion. Listing was exactly as pictured. We did have some issues entering the home as the extreme heat made the door stick and not unlock as easily. However, Julie was great and answered right away to help us get inside. Immediately walked in to a clean and cool house after being outside all day in the humidity. Very quiet and was a perfect home away from home! Would definitely rent out this bungalow again. Thanks...

"Nice yard. All beds VERY comfortable! Nice and sunny and relaxing. Close walking and biking path was very close. My only suggestion would be a small table and lamp in the room with the twin bed and one on both sides for the double bed room. Mirrors in the rooms would be helpful too. Those are very minor suggestions. It was a great place and location and we would gladly use it again !"

"This property was exceptional! It had everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes and just enjoy. We were there in mid-September so it was a little bit cool in the mornings but the pool seemed to hold the warmth of the day. "We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. Our stay was short but if we had more time the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the hot tub looked like it would have been nice to use. "

"Stay here! We came to Owensboro to visit our grandchildren and this was the absolute perfect place! The house is comfortable, there was room to spend time with family and play games, and the kitchen was perfect for making a few home-cooked meals. "This apartment is absolutely adorable, exactly as listed. We only stayed for one night as we had an event to attend and it was perfect! We had our Boxer with us and the small fenced in front yard was perfect for her to be able to walk around and potty. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area! "
