"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE."

"Unbelievable, but I had to argue to get room cleaning after three nights. She repeated to refused to do it or communicate with the management. I had never had such an experience with any hotel anywhere in the world. La Quinta is generally good, but this La Quinta was different."

"The hotel room was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The stay was very affordable. There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. Unfortunately, it prevented us from being able to use the sofa bed. The staff was not personable and their friendliness was...
