"I was traveling with three children, booked two rooms at the same time and selected joined rooms. Initially at check in we were told we would have a room on the first and second floor. Reluctantly we were given two rooms on the second floor. I asked again if the rooms could be side by side, even offered to pay for a completely new reservation for a different room and was told all rooms were booked and it was not possible. We were there for one night and made it work but extremely annoying...
