"In general I give it a 10 out of 10 because the service was good and the hotel instructions are excellent, they have valet parking service and that adds more points to the hotel. They also have a bar so you can enjoy some good drinks. "

"Loved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.
The barista in the am was engaging as well:)
Staff and comfort of the bed and sitting area made our visit amazing:) "

"Check in was really quick and being able to do it at 3pm was really helpful for us. Everything seems clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was local and easy to work with and understand. There are plenty of dining options within half a mile as well. "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!"
