"My husband, daughter and I drove to Knoxville to move our daughter into her sorority house for move in weekend. The house was beautiful!! It was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is only a 15 minute drive to campus or anywhere else you needed. We slept great, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was our top rated VRBO! We would give it a 10 out of 10!! We hope to have an opportunity to stay again if we book earlier enough as it is a popular rental. Thank you...

"We stayed here for 3 nights with our amstaff dog, it’s usually pretty hard to find a place that doesn’t have a weight limit for dogs and/or breed restrictions so we really appreciate the host accepting any size dogs! Clean, nice house. Perfect place to stay and will stay here again in the future. "

"Very close to UT Medical so my out of state in-laws could be close to my father-in-law who was in the ICU. My mother-in-law especially loved the comfort of the home and the outdoor spaces to help heal with everything that was going on. Property owner was very helpful. "

"We booked this condo for a baseball camp at The University Of Tennessee for my boys, and the condo was wonderful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and welcome. Parking is a little weird, but not unmanageable and definitely not a deterrent. Overall great stay, would stay again. "

"Overall was an enjoyable stay at this place! Clean and quiet and came with so much for such a great price. 11/10 will 100% be back! "

"The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean and in a very vibrant, walkable downtown location. The check in process was slightly confusing for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in cities, but I was able to figure it out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Knoxville. "This is a great retreat if you are looking for a little relaxing time. We enjoyed the covered top deck the most, watching boat traffic and the Greenway joggers and bikers. The boat is very well furnished, even with items you may have forgotten to bring along. Very thoughtful owners have made this a pleasant adventure. My only advice for potential renters is to understand this is a boat at a marina which requires a little more agility than a hotel. Steve C."
