"We were lucky enough to stay at this amazing location during our 3 days in Cairo. We checked in and immediately felt welcome by Marcelino at the front desk who went above and beyond (helped us navigate the taxis, gave us recommendations of what to do in the city, offered to help us with day to day planning and booking, and so much more) to make sure we enjoyed our experience. "Bellissimo hotel a due passi dal vecchio museo egizio e dal Nilo. Vicino alle strade commerciali con negozi. Colazione molto abbondante, con scelta ampia. Camera spaziosa e pulita. L'unica cosa che mi ha dato fastidio è il prufumo troppo forte che mettono nell'atrio e nei cortidoi cue portano alle camere; personalmente lo trovo fastidioso."

"The staff was amazing. The front desk was open 24 hours with someone available to accommodate your concerns. Very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the city. Breakfast was lovely. I had breakfast on the terrace every morning. The staff was available to serve you coffee, tea, juice, water, etc. etc. It was a great place to connect with fellow travelers, and the cool breeze in the morning was very inviting. "

"I checked in late but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I got the room that I booked with the amazing unobstructed view of the river. I had some laundry and it was done at a very cheap price. The room was neat and clean, the terrace is large and private, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and newly renovated. The staff is really caring, attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. "

"This is a value stay. Close to the city center. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are old but that is reflected in the price. Linen was clean, the room had its own bathroom and air conditioning."

"Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."
