My family only needed to stay here for the night and said it was basic but fine. The location was difficult to get to initially as google maps has the incorrect drop off point. "

The greater Pyramid Khofo is the heart of the seen from the room. Hotel deck for meals is an open panorama on Giza Plateau. "I was a bit apprehensive staying in this hotel because of the street noise.The hotel offered me one of their rooms with less street noise. With the earplugs and the fan the noise practically fades away.The showers are really good.The beds are comfortable. All the staff are really nice and they arranged a guide for my trip to the pyramids, and also a taxi to the airport.They provided me with a hairdryer. kettle and you can get coffee for 95EGP near there. There is a lovely Italian restaurant...

American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and Metro within walking distance. The only caveat I would offer is that the tile of the floor of the shower is very slippery. I pointed this out...

Pese a que se presentó un inconveniente con mi reserva el chico de recepción y todos se desvivieron por resolver la situación y compensar incluso con otras cosas que hicieron la estadía excelente. El cuarto es bastante espacioso, tiene cocineta aunque solo faltaría un espejo de cuerpo completo como sugerencia. La zona está enfrente del museo...

"En lo personal la habitacion no era mala pero tampoco fue la manejor, al final tuvimos problemas con entregar la habitacion porque mencionaban que habia una cobija sucia la cual nosotros notamos desde nuestra llegada , pero nunca se nos dio por tomar foto.
Al ingresar de nuestros recorridos nos hicieron esperar en recepcion sin explicacion alguna.

"El Check in de prolongó por una hora. Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y una de ellas no estaba lista. Nos dejaron en el lobby una hora esperando y nos ofrecieron un zumo que nunca nos trajeron. Finalmente nos dieron otras habitaciones; la mía al final del pasillo junto al armario de mantenimiento. El Hilton siempre es un Hilton, pero las instalaciones estaban viejas y la bañera tenía desperfectos. La cama espectacular, como todo Hilton, eso sí. No se espera esto de un hotel de 5 estrellas, la verdad. "
"Aunque esta un poco escondido, tiene una relación calidad-precio estupenda. El hotel comienza en la 6ª planta del edificio.
El personal es muy amable. Tienen agua de cortesía, té y café soluble. Jabones unidosis de cortesía. No tienen secador de pelo (quizá se pueda pedir en Recepción).
Si vuelvo a El Cairo, será mi primera opción.
Gracias por atendernos a las 6:30 de la mañana y cedernos inmediatamente las habitaciones sin tener que esperar a las 14h.
