"Several issues that concern me.
When I arrived I had asked for a room on a lower level. I was told that no changes could be made. My wife and I are in our 70’s and we were put on the third floor with no elevator. I was informed that because we didn’t request directly through this lodge again no changes could be made but she never looked at the computer screen to see.
Next, we were there 10 days and our room was supposed to be cleaned every three days. That never happened. It was partially...

"This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also ."

"Toilet would not flush every time it was used. Hit or miss. Asked the front desk for help and the desk attendant’s only advice was to try to flush it again. When I told her that would make it over flow, an employee that was socializing in the lobby said he would plunge it. When it happened again, they just gave us the plunger to deal with it. "Check in staff was wonderful. But that’s about it. We booked 3 rooms and it wasn’t pretty. My room looked like it was just cleaned but incomplete. No towels or soap anywhere. There was a pack of underwear on the couch. Trash bins had no liner. Broom was still in bathroom. There was a piece of foil with some residue on top and clear burn marks on the bottom so someone was cooking up some drugs and it was left on bathroom counter.
Other 2 rooms were disgusting. Bug bits and brown stains/residue...
