Troba hotels a Universitat Rutgers Newark, Newark i rodalia a partir de 81 €

"The TRYP Hotel in Newark presents itself well on the surface. The property is attractive, reasonably priced, and the amenities are perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by some of the worst customer service I have experienced at any hotel. The first room I was assigned had a cockroach on the bed linens. When I reported it to the front desk, there was no apology, no expression of concern, and no acknowledgment that this was a serious issue. The employee simply handed me a...

"Everything was great, staff ,rooms and close to airport . Only thing they could improve on is restaurant and bar , food was ordinary and service slow"

"The hotel is located in an excellent location if you need to have transportation to Manhattan. The train station is practically part of the hotel. It is to bad that the hotel does not have an agreement with the parking lot next to it. The rate is absolutely crazy and the option of a reasonable rate is in a parking lot that is not next to the hotel. The area has many homeless people around, so walking back to the hotel from the parking lot at night is a little scary. There is police in the area...

"The whole place looks very dated, a"

"They gave me the wrong room and wouldn’t change it when I asked which is not really fair when I paid the price for the time I thought I was getting. I even offered to pay more for the suite that was listed on my reservation and the person at the feont counter didnt look to check what she even had she just said she couldnt do it. The room was also in somewhat poor condition the footseat ottoman was dirty and the bathroom doorknob fell off so good thing I was staying alone. Also the shower water...

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"Terrible"

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"Property outside was not clean. Rung the bell NO ANSWER AT ALL. Called the number that was listed and was told that it wasn't an Airbnb and that the property was sold. Would never refer this property to anyone"

"Housekeeping should do a little better (there was hair in the sink when we got there), but everything else was fine. The staff were very helpful and kind!"
