I have stayed in many hotels with better rooms, better service, and more amenities at a much lower cost. First, the room did not include a microwave. Guests are required to go somewhere else in the hotel to use one, which is very inconvenient, especially for families.Second, parking is not included. This should be clearly stated. "Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc). "
