"Staff was friendly and informative."

"Staff was very friendly. Junior suite was spacious corner room and had a good view. Annoyed by "destination fee" of $30/night plus $5 tax on the fee. Junior suite had expresso machine rather than regular simple coffee maker. I couldn't get it to work."

"Absolutely perfect spot for an overnight. The staff was super helpful when we needed info about the Metro, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delish. The shuttle to the metro station was so helpful as was the staff member that checked us in. 10/10 recommend. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

Tenía un tour para las 8 de la mañana ese mismo día teníamos que hacer el check out y resulta que no pueden cuidarte las maletas Xk no cuentan con ese servicio… tuve que rogarles para poder dejarlas en el laundry. Muchas gracias a la srta que me apoyó en ese momento. Me dio una mejor solución siendo de limpieza que el mismo encargado. A y tuvimos igual problemas para conectarnos al internet m, y se le pidió a la encargada del momento que si nos podría...

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed at CitizenM DC Noma due to its location that is near Congress/Union Station, and because it's a nice hotel. I've traveled solo both times I've stayed here and the size of the rooms are fitting for one person due to how compact they are but big enough to have a comfortable stay and with the amenities it has.The area around the hotel is safe and not far from restaurants and shopping."

"Nice hotel and beautiful location but very very busy, difficult to get in and out. Front desk not very good for both check in and check out. Got there at 4:30 after travelling for quite a few hours and room not ready, my friend asked for us to be upgraded to a suite said the charge was $400 extra so we accepted. When we went to check out the charge was $300 extra per night. Another issue, on my booking I was supposed to get a $75 credit on food and beverage per day but refused to give it to...
