"Excellent hôtel boutique bien situé à Kigali. Excellent restaurant! Personnel compétent et sympathique et très serviable. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Très bon lit avec filet moustiquaire. Recommandé!"

"This is a great property in the middle of Kigali. This hotel is well equipped for business meetings and relaxing after meeting all day. Restaurant staff and front desk were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the health club was well equipped."

"I have traveled to dozens of countries and countless hotels , and I will say this, This is easily one of the cleaniest and most comfortable room I have stayed in. My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. "The room is clean, staff very helpful. Location is noisy, many shops around which makes it quite noisy. For short stay it is ok."

"Just for context this trip was about the 10th to Kigali in the past 18 months during which time my colleagues have stayed at a variety of more expensive places. They are idiots!!! 2000 Downtown has the best staff, best value, biggest rooms and convenient location. Pay $30 more to stay in a glorified closet in a "boutique" or just stay in a huge room with a comfy bedin the centre of downtown with great courteous and helpful staff. Your choice"

"I didn't find worth of money I spend"

"Great location and very quiet place. I loved the small and intimate vibe."

"A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali."

"Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!"
