Really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for our trip, about 15 minutes from Logan for groceries and supplies, while still feeling quiet and tucked away in the hills. Most Hocking Hills hiking areas were an easy 20-minute drive.The cabin was a great size for our group of 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog, with an extra bedroom that could easily fit another couple. We especially liked having multiple gathering spaces inside and outside so everyone could spread out and relax. The porch seating options were wonderful, and the fire pit area was a great spot to hang out in the evenings.The kitchen was a good size and stocked with a variety of basic cookware and utensils, and having a dishwasher was very convenient. We also appreciated the gas grill and grilling tools so we could cook a couple meals without needing to buy charcoal.Central air was another big plus with Ohio weather being unpredictable this time of year.Ryan was very helpful and communication was quick and easy throughout the stay.One suggestion for future guests: the turn into the property can be easy to miss. Mentioning the sign at the turnoff in the directions would help, especially depending on which direction you’re approaching from. Also, the gravel hill driveway is fairly steep, so an SUV is probably better suited than a lower sedan.
