"We had trouble finding the property because the street number wasn’t obvious when arriving on foot. It was there, but much higher than we saw from the sidewalk. This is why I gave the check in a 4 instead of 5 stars. The check in process with the staff was definitely a 5 star."

"Always impressed by the Hilton standards and the Islington location didn’t let down. Great location accessible by walking and transit, and we enjoyed getting around and going to the Arsenal match which was heavily walkable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we arranged for laundry via a vendor they work with to have the clothes available at reception. Rooms and beds were comfy and quiet, we enjoyed being in the heart of north London and will be back on our next travels! "

"It's starting to to show signs of age and somehow lost a tad of the edge that it used to have... still a good hotel but not as cool as it was a few years back. Plus they changed the breakfast format which was one of the advantages of the hotel."

"Our flight was late and we checked10:00 pm, so might be much better if earlier. Check in guy was dismissive, not helpful, just said kitchen was closed and bar was closing. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee. The neighborhood is dead after dark but we enjoyed the area. Our room was tiny, lights burned out, safe didn’t work and noisy with window open (which you must as there is no air). We...
