"No frills with good location above the pub. No lobby just have the bartenders of the pub to give keys, our room had no heat and we had to pester the bartender for quite some time to fix the issue and he ultimately just gave us a new room. "

Cons - the bed was quite hard and the shower leaked on the floor (one time flooding into the main room, luckily I had spare towels). It’s also not sound proof so if this is an issue bring ear plugs as it can be loud at night with sirens and people shouting, it’s also NOT accessible for someone with a physical...

The same person seemed to be tending the desk and the bar and the kitchen — lack of staff seemed to be an issue. Nice place, though. "

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"This is a relatively small hotel in a good location handy for Kings Cross. But the thing that sets it apart is the attention to detail. My room was adequate sized with a little kitchen which was a surprise, but it was fitted with a great little fridge, great coffee machine and even had freshly make cucumber sandwiches on arrival. I don’t know if this is what happens for everybody, but I was also given a little gift from Tottenham and Masons as a welcome to the hotel. The room is really well...

"Room was good. Included mini bar and snacks (2 bottles of lager and 2 gabs of soft drinks and crisps). Breakfast was good/disappointing for our taste. Continental pastries were excellent, egg/avocado was also good. English breakfast not great with a fennel sausage detracting from the plate. Egg Benedict wasn’t good either with thinly sliced very fatty pancetta rather than ham."
