"This is a fantastic place! A peaceful haven away from the bustle and noise of Jodphur, yet only a cheap 15min Tuk Tuk or uber ride away. Staff were excellent friendly and very helpful. The marigolds suite was amazing and I highly recommend- breakfast was a good experience with a nice selection of dishes cooked to order. We really liked the pool area and the pool was a pleasant temperature for swimming. Had an amazing stay and would definitely return."

"STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the...

"Great location near the clock tower square and market, friendly helpful staff, beautiful view of the fort and blue city and clock tower from the roof deck. So much to love! The breakfast was the only thing *not* up to the great standard of everything else they’re doing at the Haveli Inn Pal."

"Lovely hotel, close to the airport but slightly out of Jodhpur. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and I was given my room immediately even though I arrived well before check in time. The restaurant is excellent with a huge variety of à la carte options as well as a good buffet option. My room was large and bed was very comfortable"

"Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

"We very much liked the ambiance of the hotel and our room. Tony was also very helpful with planning our sightseeing during our stay and arranging drivers/tuktuks etc. This was very much appreciated. The only issue was lack of consistent water for the shower which may be common in Jodhpur. Overall, we would highly recommend. (excellent view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant)"
