"There were gnats in the room. When I spoke to the front desk when checking out, they didn’t apologize. Also, I packed two sample perfumes and put in the bathroom. When I used one of them, when I got back to my room that day, it was gone. I notified the front desk at checkout and he would talk to the manager about it. When I got home, unpacked and found the perfume sample in an inside pouch in an overnight bag that was in another area of my room far from the bathroom. Kitchen was fine and air...

"There was no one on site to help. I checked in and addressed my issues with an agent on a kiosk whom couldn’t resolve. There was no breakfast, all they had was coffee and granola bar. Very disappointed since one of my must haves is breakfast at a hotel. Once in room the iron board was broken and since iron was attached to the board I had to drag it with me to a near outlet to be able to iron my clothes."

We were booked for 2 days and it was very inconvenient that there was no fridge or microwave...
