"Wir hatten einen holprigen Start. Wir waren müde vom Laufen und als wir unser Zimmer bezogen, sahen wir, dass dies vergessen wurde zu putzen. Der Chef persönlich hat dies dann nachgeholt und es war schlussendlich alles sauber und in Ordnung. Das Essen im Restaurant Abends und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. "

"The first room we checked into was next to an internal door which kept being slammed by noisy guests. We were moved to another room by a lovely and helpful member of staff without any hesitation. The second room was an upgrade from the first one and was in a much quieter part of the hotel so we are very appreciative of that.
