"Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and was a great property to host our large gathering with plenty of things to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen was extremely well stocked to do everything we wanted cooking wise for a big group! Would highly recommend staying here with a larger group."

"Gull cottage is exactly as it appears. It’s well maintained and was perfect for our family weekend. Everyone asked if we could meet again here next summer because it had such a lovely interior and so many different places to hang out. And, we played a couple of competitive games of croquet in the back yard. "

"This Lakefront Oasis Retreat was spectacular. The view of the lake out of the expansive windows is gorgeous. Pictures don't due justice to just how roomy this house is. Having a nice private backyard was nice for our four legged family member. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you Pepper for allowing us to share your home with our family. "

"Serene has a beautiful, comfortable place to call your home away from home. They have put so many convenient touches and such thoughtfulness into this house. It is a cute little place, tastefully decorated, and is beyond comfy. The linens and towels are so soft! Serene was ultra responsive to any messages and questions we had. I absolutely will stay here again when I’m in the area next. "

"This was a great place for our big family to stay. One family stay one side and the other family stayed on other side. It worked out great. Love the location near where are family from Cleveland Hts lived. Needed more towel racks for wet towels after the shower. One dishwasher didn’t work . All in all it was a great place for everyone to be together."

"I was looking forward to staying down the street from my dad for my mom’s funeral. The host NEVER messaged me - not when I booked, not the week prior, not the day of. At noon I started working with VRBO customer service. After 5 agents, and by 4 pm, they refunded my money and canceled the reservation with a fake code (listing says they take children). "We were only here for one night and it certainly was a big enough place for us. The problems are basically related to it being an old house and it just needing updating. Doors don't really close, windows are leaky and don't block outside sounds, the carpet throughout is aged as well, towels were also in rough shape. It could be a much nicer place. It wouldn't be our first choice if we were in the area again, but it also isn't a bad choice. "

"This is an older home with quality updates. Appliances, kitchen and bath supplies were top notch. We travel with a “go box” so we have quality paper products, cleaning supplies, hangers, cooking utensils, etc. but we did not need it. Nice backyard for sitting and letting the dog run. We’ll be back."
