"I loved the place. It was convenient for parking. We loved walking the city. And we got great suggestions about where to go.
But when I first came there, I had problems getting in. I went in the wrong door and couldn't proceed untill I downloaded the app. When I registered on the app, it said someone was already using my email address. I had to be rescued by someone from the desk. Other than that, all was well."

"Major safety hazard and customer service.
We stayed here on a weeknight to attend a local concert. Because the elevators were taking forever, we decided to take the stairs. Once the heavy door shut behind us, we were locked in. We tried doors on 5 different levels and all were locked. Banging on the doors yielded nothing, and if there had been an actual fire, we would have been trapped with no escape for over 20 minutes.
Luckily I had my phone. I called the front desk and was put on hold...

"It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date...

"I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I would have appreciated an honest review like this when I was deciding where to stay.
We checked in, looked around, and ultimately decided to stay somewhere else. The room itself honestly wasn’t bad, but the overall property felt very outdated. The bathroom is dated, and the showerhead is extremely low if you’re taller. The parking lot and exterior also give a pretty run-down first impression.

"This is a very basic hotel, perhaps that is the intent of this Hilton brand. The rooms have been recently redecorated and are basic and small but fine. The hallway and common areas need a little more help - carpets are old and trim and baseboards had chipping paint, elevator was slow and jerky. The free breakfast selections were more limited than other mid-range hotels. And with all that, the price was not very basic, at least not at the time we visited."
