"The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there."

"Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

"I didn’t like how thin the walls were. Our neighbors kept me and my family awake past midnight talking loudly and partying. Also, the shower door didn’t shut and water got all over the floor when we showered. The room was clean and smelled great!"

"We stayed for the 4th of July and it was a great place to stay if you are party goer with great views, and decent customer service with the one staff they have on duty. The room was clean but there was rust on the bathroom fixtures.
Other than that, it was good over night stay while it lasted. Also, the free breakfast is not the hype they make sound to be but they do offer penthouse brunch but that will be extra. I recommend this place to stay if you like partying and going to the beach."
