"Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?”
I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude."

"The hotel was fine, as expected. Nice location, clean, well-maintained, good transfer service PHX-hotel and hotel-PHX. Desk service was great.
Triple-check your booking. When we arrived, the booking was not found. We wasted 90 minutes solving the issue with Expedia. Luckily, the staff of the hotel was extra helpful and kind. Kudos to Gabriel, from the hotel staff, for going the extra mile and getting everything fixed; from Expedia, Ningchang was also very helpful."

"Needs to be updated badly. The carpet is old in the hallways. The carpet in the room was bad. The furniture was scratched up. The refrigerator was old. The closet was broke. The sliding door in the bathroom was ugly. The tub had flakes peeling off. Not a good experience. That’s why we lasted one night."

"Shower could’ve been better. The head was facing the wall but not flexible so you could only shower yourself on an angle unless you removed it by hand. Cold water didn’t work occasionally, had to brush my teeth at night with warm water."

"Strangely enough, the bathroom in our hotel room had an incredibly low sink, like 2 feet maybe. We had to lean way over, my poor husband, who’s 6’4”, you know, you can just imagine how far over he had to lean. It was just above his knees. Everything else was fine, and because I’m on IHG member, they let us in early 9 AM, and we could stay late, which was just wonderful"
