"Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...

We got that "in the middle of woods" aesthetic while being only a short drive away to the town of Helen. It was like being "off-grid" but with the amenities of being at home (water/electricity, we can't live without it lol). Myself, my husband, and our two teenagers had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay, check in/out was super easy. Penny, our host, was...

Both properties we have stayed at are amazing, they are the perfect getaway, close to Helen's Alpine Village and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was a coffee station stocked too! We visited the wineries and antiques There is a Dollar General approximate 4 miles in case you forget anything! Robert was the best host! We will definitely be back."

Felt like a piece of old rag that they keep washing and placing in the bathrooms. Most functions of the jacuzzi, including the lighting system were inoperative. The dishwasher, apparently new, was unable to clean dishes.
