"Unfortunately for us we stayed whilst a severe weather event impacted the entire mid north coast of NSW so our hiking and mountain biking plans weren’t able to be met. The property is as presented and very comfortable. Our hosts were also very communicative and generous in allowing us to stay longer, should we have needed to, due to the significant flooding in the area. Very much appreciated. "

"Lovely country home, beds and sheets super comfortable, close to town, our family really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room in the house and the pool table was great. Highly recommend! "

"We had a lovely time. The accommodation was neat and tidy with true country charm. The pristine views of the surrounding rolling hills provided a truly spectacular escape. Our host, Bev was also very responsive and lovely. "

"Sure! Here's a shorter version of the review:---A Secret Place to Slow Down lives up to its name, quiet, cozy, and beautifully set in nature. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly relaxing. Close enough to Gloucester’s attractions but tucked away enough to truly unplug. The hosts were kind and attentive. A true hidden gem, we can’t wait to return!"

"Our stay at the Simple Patch was wonderful. Everything about the cottage is so considered, from the huge comfy bed, to the picturesque windows, and the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. the cottage was private and comfortable, but we loved having the opportunity to bring our young daughter down to the homestead to meet the pony and feed the chickens - a great experience that added to our stay. "Beautiful home positioned on top of a hill, outlook from there property was stunning.There house was well equipped for our stay. It was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for a wonderful treetop getaway. "

"The scenery and surrounds were gorgeous. The house was comfortable and convenient. The Rotating party was really cool and had us all discussing engineering quite a lot. Lovely welcoming hosts, friendly and accommodating."

"Alan and Eva were so lovely and kind during the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing time staying here, watching the sunsets and sitting by the campfire. Lovely place to unwind and have a weekend off in nature. We got to see the cows and the lovely views around the farm. The cosy off-grid cabin felt like a home away from home. "The property is very peaceful and relaxing. The bungalow is farm rustic, clean and comfy. The open outdoor kitchen is very well stocked and it is a lovely place to sit at night and have dinner or early breakfast with the birds. The fresh eggs were also very appreciated! You are a ways on country roads from most things so bring what you need with you and relax. Sandy and Rossi are great hosts. TV is DVD only which was fine for us. Note: the bathroom is only divided by a partial wall which does...
