My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport. Very comfortable beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast. We particularly liked the restaurant on the beach in the evenings. We noticed a very charming children's zone near reception. "Three nights here scheduled at last minute after a major travel change. The road out front is a three lane highway separated by a divider plus a bike lane. Typically this would be a nightmare for me but I asked the manager for a fan and she lent me one that was on the noisy side which was great for me. I’m a “white noise” guy and can’t sleep in silence. I don’t want to hear motorcycles racing at 2am either and there was a little of that but not a lot. I requested a corner unit in the back away...
