"Arrival to the hotel was greeted by staff with a welcome drink. Checkin was smooth and slick, rooms are large and provide all simple amenities(kettle / tea coffee /fridge / water (paid mini bar if you would like) shower gels/soaps etc even a beach towel). Breakfast really nice, we actually enjoyed all the local dishes. Beer at the hotel is slightly over priced compared to outside the hotel grounds. "The hotel needs renovacion...the rooms are stinky, the mainpool closed because of renovacion, as well the breakfast room. Full of chinese people....we booked Deluxe room and we had a room with view to the backside of the hotel and the kitchen. The next day we where complaining because this was not what we payed and expected and they changed us to Hive Hotel - the same stars but a loooooot better!"

Very friendly staff!..The steps to the beautifull private beach were a bit difficult.... but as we knew about it....It was no problem... The breakfast was okey.... "Tucked away behind Moo 4, The Khao Lak Palm Hill Resort is a hidden gem. Don’t expect beachfront chain hotel luxury but do expect rustic charm and a warm, friendly welcome. Far enough away from the main road to be peaceful and tranquil but close enough to access everything that the area has to offer by way of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The hotel has 49 large rooms, all surrounding a lovely pool and with the forest as a backdrop. There wasn’t one day that we didn’t get a sunbed...
