No one tried to sell anything, but the minute we needed help, everything was taken care of. P.S. if you are traveling by car, you will have your own parking spot right in front of your cottage. 100% highly recommend this stay."

My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport. "We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....

"el hotel necesita una actualizacion, es un edificio moderno pero necesita mucho mantenimiento, da la impresion que han hecho renovaciones pero parciales (rodapie es antiguo). Las toallas de muy mala calidad, viejas para un hotel de esta categoria. El desayuno un sinfin de opciones. El hotel deberia implementar un sistema para que los huespedes no reserven las hamacas de la playa durante horas por la mañana sin estar presentes"
