"We had a great stay! The house itself was nice and clean, and the hot tub was amazing. As others have noted, the driveway is incredibly steep but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay for our visit to PR"

"The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. " Adam was a great host. His place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—the beds in particular were excellent. He was also very responsive, replying within minutes whenever we had questions. The property is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe at all times of the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; Daniel’s Pizza and the bakery across the street quickly became our go-to spots."

"Our unit was infested with ants. We had no hot water. And for a lot of the trip just no water at all because they turned it off for “construction” without any notice. Ants were all over our bed, clothes, babies clean bottles. Would never go back. To remedy the situation they handed us a bottle of raid."
